We stand behind Brake Checker Pro. If the tool doesn't fit your truck or doesn't fit your workflow, we'll take it back.

The Short Version
  • 30 days from delivery to request a return
  • Tool must be unused and in original condition
  • No restocking fees
  • No questions asked
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or arrived damaged

What Qualifies for a Return

You may return Brake Checker Pro within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The tool is unused and shows no signs of installation, road use, or wear
  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • The product has not been modified or damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to deny refunds or assess a partial credit on returns that arrive in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.

What Does Not Qualify

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Tools returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Tools showing visible signs of use, road dirt, modification, or damage
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Orders where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address and refused or did not retrieve the package

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@brakecheckerpro.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the tool securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship to the return address provided, with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

Do not send returns without contacting us first. Returns received without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label by email.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

The refund amount will equal the product price plus original sales tax. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products

Brake Checker Pro is built from steel and made to last. If you receive a defective unit or one that fails under normal use within the first 30 days, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Email sales@brakecheckerpro.com with your order number and a photo or short description of the defect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different configuration or a replacement, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return process above.

To cancel an unshipped order, email sales@brakecheckerpro.com as soon as possible with your order number.
