Policy.

Thank you for choosing Brake Checker Pro. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our facility in Crosby, Texas to all 48 contiguous United States.

At this time we do not ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • International destinations

If you need delivery to one of these locations, contact us at sales@brakecheckerpro.com and we will provide a custom shipping quote when possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

All orders FREE 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Transit times may be longer during peak shipping seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

If you do not receive tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact sales@brakecheckerpro.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for more than seven business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Once a package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Stolen packages: Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered received. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for delivery photos in your tracking app
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We will assist with carrier claims where possible but cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged packages: If your tool arrives damaged, email photos of the package and product to sales@brakecheckerpro.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of customer entry error, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact sales@brakecheckerpro.com as soon as possible. We will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on destination and order size. We do not currently offer carrier selection at checkout.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates.
